You’ve told us that great service and technical support are some of the most important elements of your current broadband service and the team will continue to provide this 7 days a week throughout your migrations. Here are the hours the team are on hand to support you:

The Sky Broadband Team

Calls to Sky cost 5.1p per minute (plus 15p connection fee) for BT customers. Calls from other providers may vary.

 

Be Un Limited has been bought by British Sky Broadcasting Limited and has been renamed Sky Home Communications Limited. For now, the BE brand continues to operate in exactly the same way as it does today and nothing changes. BE Broadband and Landline services will be moving to Sky's network, starting from this Autumn. Sky will give you plenty of notice and keep you updated every step of the way, so why not head over to /Sky.com/BEcustomers to find out the latest information, including news of any upcoming deals.
